What we collect
Azeyna may store your account identifier, email, preferred name, companion selection, consent record, settings, conversations, check-ins, and memories you choose to save. The current prototype also keeps a device copy in your browser.
How we use it
We use this information to operate the companion, maintain continuity, personalize responses, provide safety features, secure accounts, and improve reliability. We will not sell personal conversations or memories.
Storage and sharing
Cloud data is associated with your authenticated Azeyna account. We may use carefully selected infrastructure and AI service providers only to deliver the service, under appropriate contractual and security safeguards. A complete provider list and international-transfer disclosure must be published before launch.
Your choices and rights
You can review and delete memories, clear conversations, download device data, disable past-conversation use, or erase device data. Before launch, DK Infusion Labs must establish verified processes for access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, and applicable Mexican ARCO requests.
Retention and security
Retention periods, deletion timelines, encryption practices, incident response, and contact details will be finalized before commercial launch. No system can promise absolute security.
Children
This prototype is intended only for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms. By creating an account or using Azeyna, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice.
What Azeyna is
Azeyna is an AI companion for conversation, reflection, encouragement, and general planning. It is not a person and does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency services.
Acceptable use
Do not use Azeyna to harm, exploit, threaten, impersonate, deceive, violate another person’s privacy, create illegal material, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
Subscriptions
Final prices, billing periods, included usage, renewal, cancellation, refund rules, taxes, and regional terms will be presented before payment. Preview pricing is not an offer or commitment.
Your content
You retain rights to the content you provide. You give DK Infusion Labs the limited permission needed to process it solely to operate, secure, and improve Azeyna as described in the final policies.
Availability and limitations
AI responses may be inaccurate or inappropriate. Important decisions should be independently verified. Service availability is not guaranteed. Final warranty disclaimers, liability limits, dispute terms, governing law, and company contact information require attorney review.
Ending use
You may stop using Azeyna and request deletion. DK Infusion Labs may restrict accounts that create safety, security, legal, or abuse risks, with appropriate notice and appeal processes to be finalized.
AI TRANSPARENCY & SAFETY

How responses work
Azeyna uses artificial intelligence to generate conversational replies. Ava and Leo are designed personalities—not humans, therapists, or conscious beings. Their voices are AI-generated.
Memory
Memory is intended to improve continuity, but it can be incomplete or wrong. Ava and Leo maintain separate memories and cannot access each other’s conversations or saved details. Users can inspect, remove, or disable memory. Azeyna should ask before turning sensitive conversation details into lasting memories.
Known limitations
AI can misunderstand context, invent facts, repeat bias, or respond inconsistently. Personality controls affect style, not truthfulness or professional competence.
Safety response
Azeyna uses automated signals to recognize some crisis language, but detection is imperfect. It cannot monitor a person’s safety or contact emergency services. Immediate danger requires local emergency services or qualified human help.
Human accountability
Before launch, DK Infusion Labs must document safety testing, incident review, model/provider changes, complaint handling, and how users can challenge harmful or incorrect behavior.
